Mitel and Kalaam Telecom partner to deliver managed services in the Middle East

Global business communications provider Mitel has teamed up with the top Pan-Arab MSP Kalaam Telecom Group to offer managed services to businesses and governments in the Saudi, Bahrain, and Kuwait areas. Under the arrangement, Kalaam will be able to leverage Mitel’s UCC and Contact Center technology to offer highly secure services on-premise, through a private or public cloud.

Under this partnership, consumers and resellers will have more flexibility and options between cloud-based monthly subscription services and on-premises solutions. Clients that choose monthly subscription services will have access to a simple pay-as-you-go strategy and a comprehensive technological stack without having to make significant upfront investments.

The demand for cloud communications has increased significantly as a result of the pandemic, according to Feras Zeidan, Country Sales Director for META at Mitel. As a result, businesses can now benefit from their top-notch UCC and contact center solutions in a way that perfectly suits their requirements. By collaborating with Mitel, Kalaam is also able to create seamless client experiences by fusing its expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration with Mitel’s contact center know-how.

Veer Passi, Group CEO at Kalaam Telecom, commented: “Kalaam has always set itself the objective of bringing the latest technological advances to organizations while providing choice at every step of their digital transformation journey. As a leader in the UC and contact center space, Mitel complements our portfolio and was the obvious choice for us to answer the increasing demand for UC, UCaas, and CCaas solutions in the region. We are looking forward to working closely with Mitel to meet this market demand.”

The collaboration between Kalaam Telecom Group and Mitel is anticipated to lower the total cost of ownership while supplying a safe infrastructure for remote and hybrid working situations. This partnership will enable both businesses to collaborate in order to address the growing need for UC, UCaaS, and CCaaS products in the Middle East.
