STEPVR has partnered with Bangkok entertainment agency Hahama to launch the first large-scale, multiplayer VR experience in the country, reports Bezinga.com.
The metaverse company hopes it will pave the ways for local Thailand game producers to start producing content with their hardware and software technology. The company also plans to involve local influencers and businesses to adopt their metaverse solutions for any creative content production. This includes livestreaming, digital marketing, publicity, sales, and any other business use cases.
STEPVR is understood to have set its eyes on Thailand because it has a young population with a lot of appetite for growth and entertainment. Thailand currently does not have any significant VR products, but it has a growing economy and the market for VR looks set to expand.
