State-owned Mobile Communication Company of Iran (MCI) has expanded its 5G coverage with a launch on the island of Kish, off the coast of southern Iran.
A report from Ebinews says the launch coincided with the KITEX 2022 International Exhibition which has been taking place this week on the island. MCI first introduced 5G services in Tehran in March 2021.
