Huawei Digital Nepal Conclave to take place in early Ashadh

ICT Foundation Nepal will host the two-day Huawei Digital Nepal Conclave 2022 in collaboration with InfoDevelopers in the third week of June (First week of Ashadh).

Huawei, a leading provider of ICT infrastructure and smart devices, will be the main sponsor of the conclave and InfoDevelopers in Association, which will take place on 18th and 19th of June, 2022 at The Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu.

More than 60 national and international dignitaries and resource persons, as well as more than 700 distinguished individuals and experts, will attend the conclave.

Organized with the slogan of 'Digital Nepal Conclave for Digital Transformation', this program features 15 different sessions. The program will go over the agenda and concepts of Digital Nepal in detail.

The focus of the Conclave will be on how to effectively implement the Digital Nepal Framework, which is being promoted by the Government of Nepal as a transformative project. According to Razan Lamsal, President of the ICT Foundation Nepal, relevant discussions will be held in relation to the Digital Nepal Campaign, the Digital Transformation Effort, the latest technologies, and their practices.

The organizers have organized Digital Province Samvad Sessions in all seven provinces in conjunction with the Digital Samvad Session, which began after the first lockdown caused by Covid-19 for the third time.

The conclave will also discuss the reports received from the program and the digital status and plans of the province. The Nepal Telecommunication Authority, as well as the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, have lent their support and cooperation to this initiative.

Huawei, the event's main sponsor, is a global leader in telecommunications and new technology innovation, development, and expansion, serving more than three billion people in more than 170 countries.
