British wholesale fibre network operator Netomnia and digital network integrator Sterlite Technologies (STL) have announced an expanded partnership under which the latter will provide integrated network deployment services to help the former grow its full fibre broadband programme.
Commenting on the announcement, Netomnia CEO Jeremy Chelot said: ‘We have an ambitious target for our Ultrafast Full-Fibre broadband and we rely on superfast deployment to reach there by 2023. It is important for us to partner with players who enable us to add advanced capabilities to our rollout and STL, with its innovative and technology-centric approach, brings exactly that to the table.’
Netomnia, in partnership with major UK construction companies, aims to become a top national full-fibre network operator in the UK and is currently targeting one million residential and business premises passed by 2023.
