NBCUniversal streaming service Peacock launches in German and Austria on Sky’s pay TV platform today.
Sky Q and Sky Ticket customers in Germany, as well as Sky X customers in Austria, can access the new Peacock offering, including premium Peacock Originals and series from NBCUniversal.
The German-area launch follows the launch of the streaming offering in the UK and Ireland last year.
Content on the service includes recent series Saved by the Bell, Rutherford Falls and Girls5eva; plus the upcoming series The Girl in the Woods, MacGruber, Joe vs. Carole, Bel-Air, and The Resort.
Peacock also offers library shows including The Office, 30 Rock, Will & Grace and Downton Abbey along with movies including American Pie 2, Back to the Future Part III, Brüno and Bulletproof.
Peacock will be available for Sky customers with the Entertainment, Entertainment Plus or Ultimate TV packages and is available via Sky Q, Sky X and Sky Ticket, with content also available on demand. In addition, all content can also be accessed on the move with Sky Go.
Peacock will be launched on the Sky platforms in Switzerland and Italy in the coming months, making it available to a total of almost 20 million Sky customers.
