Swedish-owned cellco Tele2 Latvia has announced plans to launch VoLTE in Q2 2022. Regarding the plans, the company noted that traditional voice calls are still the predominant form of communication but the use of video calling and voice communication over the internet have grown rapidly over the last two years.
