Libyan cellular operator Almadar Aljaded (Al Madar) has announced its maintenance teams have restored mobile services in the city of Sirte.
The city, which was captured by the rebel Libyan National Army (LNA) in January and has been the focus of clashes between the LNA and the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord, had been without mobile services for three months.
