The Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched the RAK "NetTest" application, which enables end users to examine the quality of their broadband internet access service.
In addition to the basic speed, ping download and upload indicators, the application measures 84 unique tests based on which it assesses the quality and satisfaction with the internet access service. The results from the measurements will serve as evidence when complaints come in about a service.
