Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain, has launched its Artificial Intelligence-powered chatbot on its WhatsApp Business platform to enable interactive conversations and accelerate the process of servicing customers.
This is in line with its extensive endeavours to deliver a consolidated and unified digital customer experience, a statement from the firm said.

The chatbot is available for Solidarity Bahrain customers offering prompt and automated digital services such as issuance of new insurance, policy renewal, claim registration, obtaining policy documents, placing a video insurance call with an agent, finding branch timings and locating the nearest branch by sharing the current location.
