A1 Telekom Austria has announced the launch of its 5G network in 350 locations in 129 municipalities across the country.
A selection of tariffs is now available to customers for use at home or on the move, ranging in maximum down/upload speed from 100Mbps/50Mbps to 500Mbps/70Mbps. A1 paid EUR64.3 million (USD71.3 million) for nationwide 5G spectrum in the 3690MHz-3800MHz range in March 2019.
