Flow (Saint Lucia), a wholly owned unit of Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC, itself part of Liberty Latin America [LLA]), has announced that as part of its ongoing island-wide network enhancement programme, it is boosting customer broadband speeds at no extra cost. Effective immediately, Flow broadband users will be able to enjoy upgrades of between 10Mbps and 25Mbps as it continues to invest in newer HFC technologies across the island which has enabled an exponential increase in capacity across the core network and reduced congestion in high demand areas.
Commenting, Flow Saint Lucia country manager, Chris Williams, said: ‘Broadband customers … have received up to 5X faster speeds as part of the broadband upgrade. This move demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that our customers receive the best broadband service in Saint Lucia … The fact that this upgrade is absolutely free confirms that we are the network that customers can always count on to get value for money, and well as the fastest broadband island-wide’.
