- Makkah al-Mukarramah, 2 retail offices - 80 mobile stands
- Al Madinah Al Munawarah, 1 retail office - 30 mobile stands - 7 kiosks

- Sawa Ziyara sim card (worth 30 riyals VAT included, 60 minutes of daily free calls between Ziyara customers and 100 MB as a free data)
- Ziyara 40 package, contains 20 minutes of free local calls, 1 GB data and 5 SAR credit for international calls.
- Ziyara 70 package, contains 45 minutes free local calls, 3 GB data and 10 SAR credit for international calls.
- International calls starts from SAR 0.55 / min
- Sawa Flex Package (90 SAR, 200 minutes of international and local calls with 8 GB data)
