Bosnian multi-service operator (MSO) HT Mostar and Croatian telecommunication equipment manufacturer Ericsson Nikola Tesla (ENT) have reportedly signed new contracts worth a total of HRK23 million (USD3.5 million).
In a press release regarding the development, ENT noted that the contracts will provide for the modernisation of HT Mostar’s mobile network monitoring system, the expansion of its information management system and increased coverage of the MSO’s radio access network. It has been claimed that the work to be undertaken will enable HT Mostar’s employees to ‘monitor mobile network elements with more quality as well as to create new business opportunities’, while also providing subscribers with ‘increased speeds due to LTE technology’.
