Ukrainian mobile operator Lifecell had the highest ARPU among the major mobile operators in the country.
The figure went to UAH 59 in the third quarter. Lifecell also led last year.
The ARPU of mobile operator Kyivstar was UAH 57 while for Vodafone Ukraine, it totaled UAH 56.
