Russian national operator Rostelecom has started providing its IPTV services in 14 additional villages in the Altay region.
Up to 200 TV channels are available for customers there, after the operator raised broadband speeds on its network. Copper lines connecting telephone exchanges of the operator have been replaced by fibre-optic lines in six municipalities in the region.
