STC inaugurated its new digital outlet for self-service ( MySTC_shop) that provides 37 Services to customers. Nasser Al Nasser, STC GCEO attended the inauguration ceremony under the logo “welcome to the future”, in Alnakheel Mall in Riyadh, with number of senior executives and STC employees, who contributed to the success of this outlet. The GCEO expressed his gratitude to all sectors for their contributions on this project that will provide more support and facilities to STC customers.
The new MySTC_Shop service provides the most customer-specific services, most notably the SIM-related services. The device enables the customer to issue, print and review the details of the customer's SIM card. In addition to, renewing "Quicknet” packages and recharging "Sawa".
