Azerbaijan state-owned regional operator BTRIB, working in the city of Baku and its surroundings, has launched the commercial exploitation of its fixed LTE network, reports Trend.The operator provides fixed telephony and data services for subscribers over the network.
The monthly subscription rate of the tariff with 50 Mbps amounts to AZN 20. The services are available in several neighbourhoods of the capital city. The rate of end-user equipment totals AZN 200, plus an activation rate of AZN 35.
BTRIB plans to expand its LTE network significantly in the capital city by the end of this year.
