STC, represented by HR sector, celebrated the second batch that succeeded the evaluation of “Specialist Development Program (SDP)”, which is the first program of its kind applied by the company. It aims to develop the skills and knowledge of employees to make them experts in the fields of communications and information technology.
During the celebration, Dr. Khaled Biyari, STC Group CEO stated that “The presence of such a distinctive group of Saudi young people in the program supports the rapid shift in the company's direction towards digitization and IOT. The figures announced in the NTP 2020 and the vision of the Kingdom 2030 support this trend and we in the company are moving towards supporting this vision through adopting young talents, and the SDP is a good example of achieving this trend on the ground”. On the other side, Nasser Alnasser , Senior VP of Technology and Operations and Ahmed Alghamdi, Human Resources VP spoke about the program and its positive impact over the company and its employees.
