Russian national operator Rostelecom's IPTV subscribers base reached the threshold of 35,000 households in the Kaliningrad region this November.
IPTV services from the operator became available in the region in July 2012. About 230 TV channels, including HDTV-channels, are currently available under the service, which also includes VoD-catalogue, Parental Control and other VAS-options.
