Aqalat, the real estate arm of STC Group, is moving to invest the sites owned by the company in various cities in the Kingdom for the implementation of real estate projects. The first phase includes five important projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Medina and Al Khobar.
Dr. Khaled Biyari, STC Group CEO, said, After the inauguration ceremony of Aqalat Company in Riyadh, in the presence of Mohammed A. Alabbadi, Chairman of Board, Ali O. Alrakban, Aqalat CEO, and members of Board of Directors in Aqalat "The Group's growth strategy focuses on using the assets available to the company in the Kingdom and achieving additional resources for the company while at the same time keeping pace with growth in our country. We aspire to be a strong start for this growing company through its ambitious projects and at an accelerated pace through its team which has recently begun to set important investment targets".
