Traffic and smart city solutions specialist COM-IoT Technologies has been selected for the third round of the Dubai Future Accelerators.
COM-IoT Technologies will work with Dubai Police to develop traffic safety solutions utilising AI and machine learning technologies.
Dubai Future Accelerators, launched in 2016 is an intensive nine-week program that brings together start-ups in new technology fields with government entities to develop smart city solutions.
COM-IoT Technologies and Dubai Police will work to customize COM-IoT's two primary traffic safety solutions, Plug & Play Patrol and HORUS, and scale them to city-size. The solutions utilize AI and machine learning to reduce automotive collisions, damage to property and fatalities on the road, supporting the ambitions of the recently announced UAE traffic law.
