Abu Dhabi, 18 May 2017: Starting 15 June 2017, in response to a change in billing policy by telecom operators in Cook Island and Tokelau, Etisalat’s Wasel Prepaid users currently on a per second billing pulse, will be charged on a minimum 60 second pulse increment (per minute) for calls made to these countries. There will be no other changes for calls to other destinations.
