Ooredoo Oman has introduced Business Reach Mobile, which provides Private Automated Branch Exchange (PABX) or switchboard functionality by hosting it in the Cloud. Features include an interactive voice response system (IVR) to manage and direct all inbound call traffic through a virtual receptionist.
