According to Yonhap news agency, South Korea reached 14 million Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) service subscribers.
According to these sources, South Korea maintained stable IPTV subscriber base growth since the service was launched in 2008. South Korea's three fixed-line operators KT, SK Broadband and LG Uplus ended January 2017 with over 14.1 million IPTV customers, compared with 13.9 million in December 2016.
