Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, held its quarterly honoring ceremony to recognize and celebrate the efforts of its high-performing Value Added Services partners during Q4 and throughout the year 2016.
Zain Kuwait’s Wholesale and Partner Relations Director Muzamil Shaikh, along with officials from the Value Added Services Department, recognized the company’s distinguished partners for their excellent efforts in providing the highest quality VAS services to the largest family of subscribers in Kuwait. Zain is keen on offering the most advanced and competitive services to reflect the company’s leading position in the telecom sector.
During the honoring ceremony, the company also held the 8th VAS workshop, where it discussed along with its partners the latest developments and challenges faced by the Value Added Services sector, as well as the upcoming strategic roadmap to offer Zain’s customers the top quality services.
During the event, Zain recognized its top-performing partners for the year 2016, including Numbase Limited for achieving Zain’s VAS net revenue, and One Global for achieving overall performance and the least amount of complaints, and Media Phone Plus for achieving Zain’s Bulk SMS revenues, and Qanwat for achieving Sam3ni service performance, as well as Beecell for achieving best account manager.
As for the fourth quarter for 2016, Zain recognized Numbase Limited for achieving Zain’s VAS net revenue, as well as Concept for achieving best technical support team.
