The live video streaming app It'sMe has launched on the Google Play and the iOS app store.
The app, specifically designed for video sharing, supports live videos of any size or length.
“Forget what you knew about live streaming and discover the social media of tomorrow,” the company said. “ ‘It'sMe’ allows you to share what's important anywhere, anytime! As a broadcaster, you can share your best moments, sporting events, fashion shows, music concerts and so much more with everyone and receive live feedback. As a viewer, it has never been so easy to be everywhere at the same time.”
The app allows users to communicate with others using Wi-Fi or 4G, so any number of users can watch the videos at the same time and engage with each other simultaneously.
People share videos for many reasons. By analysing the 100 most shared videos online, StreamSafe's recent research found that just under half (48%) of the 1,000 UK consumers surveyed agreed they would share the videos they saw which inspired them, beating both happiness (43%) and excitement (41%), which were the second and third most powerful emotions in shareability.
