Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) recently signed agreements with six major ICT equipment suppliers to enhance the experience of its customers.
The company partnered with Softlogic Retail, SALA Enterprises, Esquire Telecom, Sense Foreign Trade, Siyol International and Solutioncity for the period 2016/2017.
These partnerships will guarantee the highest standards of service for the company's customers: it will provide customers with easy access to a wide range of modern ICT equipment with advanced technologies; it will also increase convenience for customers by making it possible for them to purchase SLT equipment easily at any one of SLT's teleshops and regional telecom offices, situated all across the island as well as purchase them online from the comfort of their homes through SLT's e-teleshop.
Due to these partnerships, any SLT customer that uses modern technology in line with SLT's service offerings, will be able to purchase the correlating ICT equipment from SLT itself, enhancing their convenience and experience with SLT.
