As part of its commitment to deliver inspiring, convenient, and efficient services to customers, Ooredoo recently unveiled Internet Enterprise - Advance, a new add-on to its existing Ooredoo Internet Enterprise (OIE) service. Ooredoo Business customers now have the flexibility to double internet bandwidth to match the dynamic needs of their businesses committing to an increased monthly fee. With Internet Enterprise -Advance, users can exceed their allocated bandwidth for a short period of time, making the service perfect for special events where internet usage is high.
For the first time in the Sultanate, Ooredoo’s new service offers users the ability to exceed their allocated bandwidth and double their internet speed with 6 bandwidths, ranging from 1 mbps-32 mbps, to choose from. Internet Enterprise - Advance automatically activates when the demand for internet is above the set bandwidth of the regular OIE service. Tariffs for the add-on are applied in 3 equal stages over a 30 day calendar month and only applied when the ‘Advance’ feature is used, providing customers with a permanently synchronous connection over Oman’s most advance fibre network for an additional flat fee.
“This new service offers customers the opportunity to exceed their internet bandwidth for short periods of time without affecting their company’s bottom line. For example, if you have a 2Mb service, you will be able to access guaranteed internet speeds of 4Mb. If you do not exceed your bandwidth you will continue to pay your regular monthly fees for 2Mb. In this way, our latest add-on enables customers to maximise their efficiency, increase performance, and empower business growth,” Said Al Shanfari, Director of Business Marketing at Ooredoo. “The service was developed to give our business users greater customisability when experiencing heavy internet usage on specific occasions such as during meetings, conferences, or as a result of an influx of clients or guests. The new service is available for all OIE users and can be included as an add-on for both new and existing customers.
