OSN expands OTT service

Middle East pay-TV operator OSN has added the WWE Network to its over-the-top (OTT) entertainment service GO Online TV across the Arab world.

All 12 WWE pay-per-view events will be available on the service as part of the streaming service's subscription cost of US$10 per month. In addition to WWE, GO Online TV delivers original TV series, reality shows, documentaries, classic sports matches, exclusive coverage of special events and an extensive video-on-demand (VOD) library.

"We are now taking this partnership to the next level for the added convenience of WWE fans in the region through the ground-breaking GO deal," said Emad Marcos, senior VP of media partners and digital, OSN.

"OSN has always looked for innovative ways to grow GO and provide our subscribers with exceptional content at the most competitive rates. GO will now become the go-to destination for all WWE fans in the region thanks to a compelling value proposition that only we offer."

Gerrit Meier, president, international, WWE, added: "GO Online TV by OSN will allow WWE fans in the Middle East to have constant access to WWE Network's 24/7 programming and vast video-on-demand library at home and on the go."

"WWE is committed to offering our premium content to our passionate fan base around the world, when they want it and on the platform of their choice."
