Madagascar has been ranked at position 135 globally in terms of information and communication technologies (ICT), the 2015 report by the World Economic Forum (WEF) has shown.
Each year, WEF publishes findings of a survey it conducts in 143 countries regarding digital advancement.
With only a score of 1.3 out of 7, accessibility remains Madagascar’s weakest point, noted the report which contains 53 indicators.
Some of the indicators include political environment, innovation, infrastructure, accessibility, skills, individual utilization, utilization in a business environment, utilization in government offices as well as economic and social impact.
