Despite the 4.9% fall in revenue revealed by Dutch PSTN operator KPN’s 3Q14 report this week, its IPTV sector displays positive results, showing its IPTV subscriber base to have risen by 18% year-on-year (y-o-y) to over 1.5 million, with triple-play consumers increasing to above 1.3 million, up 13% y-o-y, accounting for around 48% of the operator’s fixed broadband subscriber base.
