du’s 5th Business Help Roadshow will be at the Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel, Abu Dhabi, on 22 October, giving small-and-medium-businesses based in the area the opportunity to meet face-to-face with du’s experts, for advice and rapid query resolutions. The fifth Business Help Roadshow will be open from 10am-6pm.

The Business Help Roadshow a monthly event, rotating throughout the emirates. This is the first time du has held the event in Abu Dhabi, bringing billing and technical telecom experts to discuss issues, challenges and questions in face-to-face sessions.
Previous Business Help Roadshow events, held in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, were extremely successful, with customers who visited having their issues resolved instantly.
The inaugural Business Help Roadshow was launched in March 2014. As the first event of its kind, the Roadshow goes to the customers in order to address their needs within their own areas, in a full-day open house format that invites attendees to share their issues, challenges and questions in the areas of billing, technical, and sales for both mobile and fixed services. du’s experts will be on-ground throughout the event, offering face to face sessions to deliver faster resolutions.
