The Third Arab Forum for Digital Transformation in Institutions kicked off in Cairo, focusing on advanced strategies to promote innovation and achieve excellence in citizen service. Organized by the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), affiliated with the Arab League, in partnership with the Libyan Institute of Management, the three-day event covers key topics such as digital innovation in public services, AI’s role in institutional performance, digital governance challenges, and strategies to empower digital competencies.
In his opening remarks, ARADO Director General Dr. Nasser Al Hatlan Al Qahtani emphasized digital transformation as a vital strategic choice to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. He highlighted its role in fundamentally reshaping public sector service delivery to improve quality of life and better meet citizens’ needs.
Dr. Al Qahtani stressed the importance of balancing modern technology adoption with cultivating an innovative organizational culture rooted in knowledge and effective data use. He underscored that digital transformation involves reengineering processes to elevate beneficiary experience, foster innovation, and boost operational efficiency.
