Arkan Solutions announced the successful deployment of its innovative PSTN integration service for DHL Express across Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan, in collaboration with British Telecom (BT). This rollout follows an initial launch in Egypt in 2024 and represents a significant advancement in DHL’s ongoing regional digital transformation across the Middle East.
Under a multi-country agreement, DHL is integrating local Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) lines into the Genesys Cloud CX platform through Arkan’s Genesys Cloud Connect solution. BT globally manages the Genesys Cloud CX deployment as DHL’s trusted partner, while Arkan provides secure, fully managed PSTN connectivity tailored to local telecom regulations and market conditions.
Arkan Genesys Cloud Connect leverages carrier-grade Session Border Controller as a Service (SBCaaS) technology combined with global telecom interconnections, ensuring compliance, high availability, and superior voice quality in complex regional markets.
Hussam Fawzy, Chairman of Arkan Solutions, stated, “We are proud to expand our partnership with BT and DHL as three more countries go live. Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan represent a significant milestone in enabling DHL’s cloud-first contact center strategy across the region.”
BT oversees the global Genesys Cloud CX platform, while Arkan delivers localized PSTN integration and voice services. The agreement includes most DHL Express countries in the Middle East, with additional go-lives planned throughout 2025.
