SK Telecom launches AI-powered 'Note' and 'Briefing' in beta to enhance daily life

SK Telecom announced that it has launched the beta version of new services such as ‘Note’ and ‘Briefing’ on its AI service ‘A.’

SKT expects that the 'Note' and 'Briefing' being introduced this time are life-oriented services that customers frequently need in their daily lives, and that when they are officially launched in the future, they will not only increase customer convenience but also maximize the personal AI usage experience.

Adot's 'Note' is a service that records every moment that occurs through voice using AI. The AI transcribes, summarizes, and organizes voices from everyday life, such as during meetings, lectures, and consultations, in real time.

The AI technology applied to the service does not simply recognize voice and transcribe it, but rather corrects it into natural sentences according to the context or creates it in the form of a document, providing a differentiated experience compared to existing ones.

Additionally, if you come across concepts you don't understand or unfamiliar terms in the content, you can search for information through web searches using AI without having to use a separate app or search service.

SKT plans to maximize user convenience by making the Adot 'Note' service available on both the Adot app and PC web. 'Note', which is provided in open beta form, provides up to 100 minutes of recording per session and 600 minutes per month.

Adot's 'Briefing' is an 'Ambient Agent' service that comprehensively analyzes the user's daily life and provides information naturally. It was developed to strengthen Adot's identity as an 'AI personal assistant'.

In particular, the 'Briefing' service proactively provides information to customers who want it, taking into account the situation and context, without a direct request.
