Sky has quietly brought in the ability for Sky Cinema subscribers to upgrade their Paramount+ subscription.
Since the launch of the streaming service, Sky Cinema subscribers have been gifted a Paramount+ subscription free of charge. However, when Basic (with ads) was introduced, Sky Cinema subscribers were automatically put on the new tier without the option to upgrade.
In the last few days it’s become possible to upgrade to Standard or Premium and with a sizeable discount.
For Sky Cinema subscribers Standard is available for £3.00 (Regular Price £7.99) and Premium for £6.00 (£10.99).
Standard increases the number of viewers who can watch at any one time to 2, while Premium takes it to 4, and ads 4K quality where available.
Basic (with ads) is normally available for £4.99.
