Zain Iraq has signed a historic memorandum of understanding with Krafton Europe, the renowned leader in video game production, known for titles like PUBG: Battlegrounds. This collaboration underscores Zain Iraq’s commitment to empowering Iraqi youth and enhancing the country’s gaming and electronic sports industries.
The strategic partnership will focus on improving user experiences and advancing the local gaming sector by launching joint projects under the Zain electronic sports brand. The two companies plan to provide Iraqi gamers with access to Krafton’s premium game library, while also organizing events and activities to nurture the country’s growing eSports community.
Krafton, a South Korean gaming giant founded in 2007, has created some of the most popular video games enjoyed globally across various platforms, including mobile, PC, and gaming consoles. The collaboration aims to support the ambitions of Iraqi youth passionate about electronic sports and gaming, contributing to the country’s expanding digital entertainment landscape.
