In line with its slogan “Orange is Here,” Orange Jordan launched an initiative aimed at enhancing direct communication between the company’s employees and customers. Held on April 15, the initiative saw over 1,100 employees participate in a field tour across the Kingdom, divided into 233 groups. The teams engaged with customers to listen to their feedback, understand their concerns, and work toward improving the customer experience.
Orange Jordan’s CEO, Eng. Philippe Mansour, took part in the initiative along with members of the executive committee. The activity fostered a spirit of interaction and communication within the company. This initiative is part of a broader strategy by Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA) Group, which has been launched in 17 countries to strengthen customer engagement and better understand customer needs and suggestions.
Eng. Mansour expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, emphasizing that customers are at the heart of Orange’s success. He noted that direct feedback from customers is crucial for the ongoing development of the company’s services and community-driven initiatives.
