Suriname’s Telesur has completed the migration of its fixed line customers onto Cerillion’s convergent BSS/OSS platform.
This was the final step in the operator’s digital transformation project, having previously migrated all prepaid and postpaid mobile services to the platform. Telesur is now able to decommission its legacy support systems.
Having all of its customers managed via Cerillion’s unified platform allows the operator to provide a seamless customer experience, boosting engagement and enabling operational efficiencies. This includes reduced time-to-marke, greater agility and interoperability, and the possibility for new convergent packages offered via a single product catalogue.
