The Kenyan government is searching for a financial consultant to help in the formation of a public-private partnership to roll out 4G services. According to the Daily Nation, the consultant will undertake a detailed financial evaluation of the public-private partnership model proposed by the government between itself, mobile operators, institutional investors and equipment vendors. The consultant will formulate a detailed financial and business plan, including a revenue model, the government advertisement said.
