Etihad Etisalat, Mobily has opened a number of major new branches; AlRawdah neighborhood, Abdulrahman alghafgy street in Riyadh, in addition to AlBghdadyah neighborhood, South AlMadinah street in Jeddah and Alkhaleej street in AlHafouf.
The opening of these branches is a result of the demand on the distinctive services provided by Mobily, Said Mohammed Saad, the General Manager Retail Sales in Mobily. Hence it is verification on the growth of the number of subscribers wishing to take advantage of those services, whether it’s provided to individuals or to the business sector.
Saad also pointed out that the main branches provides all services and products in an innovative way in accordance with the best practices and latest technologies to facilitate and provide solutions to all subscribers.
These branches offer many services, such as issuing prepaid and postpaid lines, as well as Raqi package and broadband 3G & 4G, and supplying smart phones, in addition to bills payment, updating data and re-charging bundles according to the conditions issued by the Communications and Information Technology recently.
Mobily has recently launched one of the latest main branches in Jabal Omar next to AlHaram, which is within Mobily’s strategy to expand its branches, especially in vital areas with high demand by subscribers. Near AlHaram has one of the highest demand rate especially in Hajj and Omra seasons.
