stc announced in a statement that the enhanced customer journey further builds on the Company’s digital transformation strategy, allowing customers to subscribe and manage roaming services using the stc website and the mystc app. The Company has also incorporated new features and add-ons which make staying connected much easier and seamless, especially with the approaching summer travel season. “stc Roam” your ultimate travel partner offers now more flexibility with auto activation service as well as non-stop connectivity with voice and internet add-ons as part of the enhanced features that have been designed to enrich customer’s Roaming experience. Customers will also get to enjoy the flexibility of stc’s roaming bundles, in which customers that have subscribed to the service will only get charged on arrival to their destination.
Customers subscribing to roaming internet plans can select from two bundles based on their travel plans. The first plan which is for only KD 7 offers 7-days up to 2GB internet usage per day all around the world, while for customers traveling abroad for longer periods, stc offers a 30-day plan up to 2GB internet usage per day around the world for only KD 25. As part of the roaming bundles, customers can benefit from free hot-spot sharing, as well as renew their bundles if they reach their daily quota.
