Akhet Consulting, a renowned strategic advisor on ICT policies and regulatory issues, has joined SAMENA Telecommunications Council as a member. Based in the U.A.E, Akhet Consulting provides services to its clients in the Middle East, Africa, India/South Asia and Asia Pacific.
Chairman and Partner of Akhet Consulting, Dr. Ross Patterson, has vast experience in the telecom industry as a telecommunications regulatory lawyer over three decades, and was NZ Telecommunications Commissioner between 2007 and 2012. Akhet Consulting’s founder and CEO, Stewart White, has extensive working experience of 30 years covering legal, regulatory and commercial side in the telecommunications industry for public sector and private sector clients. He was the founding Group Public Policy Director of Vodafone Group plc and director of a number of Vodafone operating companies. He has had a broad working profile in the UAE and Middle East for more than 18 years.
