Mumbai, India 24th July, 2007 - Frost & Sullivan is proud to announce its exclusive partnership with SAMENA Telecommunications Council UAE. SAMENA is a premier collaborative forum aiming to foster idea-sharing among telecom entities of South Asia, the Middle East, and North African markets.
