Intigral

Hamoud Al Rumayan is the Chief Executive Officer of Intigral. He’s responsible for guiding the organisation’s vision and managing the executive committee to achieve the company’s corporate strategy.

With a vision to accelerate digital transformation across the MENA region, Hamoud has positioned the company as an enabler of the digital economy.

Hamoud brings a wealth of knowledge to Intigral from his achievements in the Kingdom, with more than 25 years of leadership experience in banking, investment, media and consultancy firms. This includes senior executive positions with Saudi Arabia’s top-five financial institutions.

In his role as CEO at Gulf Investment Company, Hamoud oversaw a rapid period of growth that resulted in a number of high profile asset expansions for the organisation.

More recently, Hamoud was appointed as a senior advisor to the Minister and Finance Director at the Ministry of Culture and Information, where he assumed responsibility of the overall operations of the ministry. In this role, he led efforts to restructure the ministry and reengineer financial management, leading to significant efficiencies and improvements across the department.

As the Lab Leader for the Ministry in the Saudi National Transformation Program, Hamoud also led the development of business cases for Ministry initiatives presented to the Council of Economic and Development Affairs – a position that saw him play an influential role in contributing to evolution of the Kingdom as part of Vision 2030.

Born and raised in Riyadh, Hamoud spends his downtime listening to classical music and contemplating solutions to business challenges.

He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (major in Project Management) from King Faisal University. He is a Harvard Business School Executive Program alumnus and is licensed as a Financial Advisor from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
