SMG MENA wins du's digital account

In a competitive pitch against three global performance agencies, Starcom MediaVest Group has won the performance and search business for UAE-based telecommunications service provider du - one of the largest performance RFPs(Request for Proposal) across the region. The assignment expands on SMG 's media mandate for du , which was awarded to the agency in December 2014 that culminated in the agency's appointment to the media buying and planning, as well as data and analytics responsibilities for the brand's online and offline business.

While SMG MENA 's appointment as du 's media agency partner chiefly owes to an integrated communication model that bridges data and insights with human experiences and connections, this extended assignment brings forth the agency's evolved and agile performance capabilities, advanced proprietary tools and technical expertise and partnerships.
