Montenegrin telecoms operator Crnogorski Telekom, which provides mobile services under the brand T-Mobile, has announced the expansion of its 4G LTE network to around 30 new locations in a number of cities, including the capital Podgorica, Bar, Herceg Novi, Budva, Cetinje, Crikvenica, Ulcinj and Kotor. In addition, coverage of the firm’s 3G services has been improved in areas of Podgorica, Bar, Cetinje, Savnik and Andrijevica. TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database notes that T-Mobile launched LTE services in seven cities in late November 2013, with 4G network speeds of up to 150Mbps subsequently expanded to 60% of the population during 2014.
