Gigabit is quickly becoming one of the newest buzz words when it comes to super-fast Internet speeds. In May of 2014, TDS Telecom entered the gigabit conversation. The 1Gig service, which features 1Gbps downstream and 400Mbps upstream, is critical to connecting the local community to the digital world. The 1Gig service from TDS Telecom is available for under $100 a month as part of a TDS TV bundle. TDS TV includes a Connected-Home DVR (which links all TVs together), more than 260 all-digital channels (including 100+ in HD), on-demand TV and movies, pay-per-view, and on-the-go viewing options. Wireless set-top boxes are also available.
Included in the bundle, free of charge, is a subscription to Remote PC support, which provides users with unlimited access to technical support. The online technicians assist with device setup, Internet troubleshooting, computer optimization, safety and much more.
