Plusnet cuts price of unlimited fibre broadband deals

Plusnet has offered an early Christmas treat to UK consumers by cutting the price of its Unlimited Fibre and Unlimited Fibre Extra broadband deals.

The service provider is offering significant discounts on its super-fast fibre packages, which offer download speeds of up to 38Mb and 76Mb respectively.

New customers signing up for Plusnet Unlimited Fibre on an 18-month contract can pay just £3.75 per month plus line rental for the first six months.

This represents a saving of £11.24 per month during the introductory contract period, with the price reverting to £14.99 per month plus line rental thereafter.

As well as up to 38Mb download speeds, the package comes with unlimited data, a free wireless router and activation worth £50.

Evening and weekend calls to UK landlines are also included with Plusnet Unlimited Fibre, while subscribers can upgrade to anytime calls for another £5 per month.

Customers can also save £11.24 per month for the first six months when they sign up for Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra, which offers up to 76Mb broadband speeds with no restrictions on data consumption.

The top-tier broadband package is priced at £8.75 per month plus line rental during the introductory offer period, rising to £19.99 per month plus line rental thereafter.

Again, a free wireless router is included - offering web access to internet-enabled devices throughout the home - and subscribers are entitled to a free activation.

Subscribers can take advantage of evening and weekend calls, unless they wish to upgrade their home phone plan.

Plusnet is set to run the fibre broadband deal until February 17th, meaning consumers have two months to take advantage of the offer.
